Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Cauã Carneiro came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magnistar's Aírton Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 12th minute of play. In the 14thth minute of the game Aílton Loureiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Magnistar were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aílton Loureiro took the corner. In the 15thth minute of the game Cauã Carneiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Magnistar's Aírton Penha. Aírton Penha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Magnistar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Egbert Nijveldt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aírton Penha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cauã Carneiro hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Penha having to interfere. Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aírton Penha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 42nd minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aírton Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cauã Carneiro made a kick off. If Lars Meesters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Lee-Paul Te Vrede put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arnout Reekers. 59 minutes into the match, Magnistar's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Aírton Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aírton Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Magnistar's goalkeeper Aírton Penha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 74th minute of play forced Magnistar's goalkeeper Aírton Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Magnistar's goalkeeper Aírton Penha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. After 77 played minutes Magnistar got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Abraão. In the 79th match minute, Magnistar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Abraão to maneuver through the defense. After 82 minutes Magnistar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Egbert Nijveldt was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 minutes Magnistar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. In the 90th match minute, Magnistar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Luiz Rosado to maneuver through the defense. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aílton Loureiro in the 93rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Magnistar's Aírton Penha got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Netherlands players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Magnistar.
