Zapryan Sachanski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Violet Vrúblyanski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Violet Vrúblyanski hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Dobri Pipkov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 25th minute of play forced Цървена звезда's goalkeeper Zapryan Sachanski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Цървена звезда got a freekick which was hit by Neno Partalin. In the 45th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Цървена звезда's Arso Kenarov got a free kick in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Цървена звезда's Zapryan Sachanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute Gergin Smilevski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neno Partalin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Kahn. Germany's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Violet Vrúblyanski went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Zapryan Sachanski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobri Pipkov in the 94th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Dreifuss during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Цървена звезда fully deserved thier win.
