Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Evelio Jerold started the match with the kick off. Attilio Gentile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Jerold in the 4th minute of play. Attilio Gentile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Katona Janos in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Newton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Attilio Gentile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Newton FC's Attilio Gentile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 14th minute of play. Teo Cugat hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Attilio Gentile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 23rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antal Valentin in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attilio Gentile prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Newton FC's Attilio Gentile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 24th minute of play. Balazs Lajos hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evelio Jerold's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Newton FC got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enzo Albanesi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Newton FC's Enzo Albanesi to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Jerold in the 33rd minute of the match. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Sagrario in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Feliciano Errapel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Takacs Tibor fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 63 played minutes Newton FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Cugat. After 68 played minutes Newton FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Cugat. In the 72nd minute of the match, Major Barna got a very nice opportunity to score, but Attilio Gentile was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 82nd match minute, Newton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Albanesi to maneuver through the defense. Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Newton FC's Attilio Gentile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Attilio Gentile was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 93rd minute, Rogelio Sagrario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 95th minute, Katona Janos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evelio Jerold struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newton FC. When the referee blew the final whistle, Newton FC could leave the field as winners, despite Hungary having more of the ball for most of the match.
