Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Yao Yun Qian made a huge save. Estebe Constante struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Alianza Lima.. In the 21st minute of the game Chris Mergenthaler made a throw-in which Frank Sachs played forward. Estebe Constante took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. The supporters of Germany booed when Deportivo Alianza Lima. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wu Jing Ao didn't get a good kick on the ball. Estebe Constante scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Deportivo Alianza Lima.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Estebe Constante in the 38th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Germany's goalie and right to Jeraldo Campuzano. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Valdo Mas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Estebe Constante in the 46th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Estebe Constante in the 51st minute of the match.
