Tarık Yalgın was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the game, Samet Kose was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KOO Tigers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arda Ozan Sökmensu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game was made by Theis Winther with Lars Steen as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With 34 minutes on the clock, Cristian Ronaldo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 34th minute, one of KOO Tigers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KOO Tigers. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Denmark. Chris Nygaard stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tarık Yalgın. 3-0. In the 41st minute, Oğuzcan Pamirhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İlkan Sehim got a throw-in 43 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Yaşar Tuğbay. 44 minutes into the match, Bertram Svenningsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tarık Yalgın. KOO Tigers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bertram Svenningsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Denmark's Chris Nygaard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tarık Yalgın made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 60 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Çağan İstemihan. Chris Nygaard took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tarık Yalgın. KOO Tigers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 66th minute, Arkın Topuz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KOO Tigers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Lars Steen took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tarık Yalgın. Tarık Yalgın dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes in the game İlkan Sehim did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Yaşar Tuğbay. Denmark's Lars Steen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by İlkan Sehim in the 83 minute of the game. After 89 minutes, Mikkel Wulff mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the KOO Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Mikkel Wulff hit a great ball. Tarık Yalgın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Svenningsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denmark's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
