The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anana Wally in the 13th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean Bombelles made in the 15th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Robert Chapuis immediately put the ball in play. A throw-in in the 16th minute of the game was made by Jean Bombelles with Robert Chapuis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Braulio Toli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Maxime Durand made a huge save. In the 26th minute of the game Jean Bombelles made a throw-in which Robert Chapuis played forward. Jean Bombelles got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Robert Chapuis. Maxime Durand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anana Wally in the 29th minute. In the 30th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean Bombelles to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Anana Wally got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes in the game Jean Bombelles did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Robert Chapuis. Anana Wally's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, France's Robert Chapuis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Musso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.

Robert Chapuis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Juan Musso firmly grabbed it by the left post. Anana Wally took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by France's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Renato Cunha was slow to take the kick. During this time よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Emilio Erramun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maxime Durand quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emilio Erramun kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
