Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Almada, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Faustino Pio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Turi having to interfere. FC Barcelona de Ezeiza's Honorato Turi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Almada in the 47th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Honorato Turi came out and tried to block the shot, but Frank Sachs slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 70th minute. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Turi having to interfere. In the 77th minute Faustino Pio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Pio came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Thiago Almada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee gave Hipolito Dubardo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 88 played minutes FC Barcelona de Ezeiza got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Dubardo. After 92 minutes of play Germany's Albin Holweck was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of FC Barcelona de Ezeiza booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Barcelona de Ezeiza were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Germany to leave the ground with a draw.
