Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. Didrik Faldal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 8th minute of play. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AC Østerlars's Didrik Faldal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save AC Østerlars from getting a goal against them. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Lilienvald in the 20th minute of play. Earl Kjær recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Aguirre Monzon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of AC Østerlars booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Lindrup in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. AC Østerlars's Didrik Faldal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Svetaslav Navojka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute Earl Kjær shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Earl Kjær in the 46th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 48 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Jonatan Lilienvald sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AC Østerlars were winning 0-2.

After 54 played minutes AC Østerlars got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Lilienvald. Earl Kjær could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. In the 59th minute Earl Kjær shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Antonello Ragazzoni got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 61 minutes into the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Earl Kjær. Svetaslav Navojka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Jonatan Lilienvald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Thomas Lindrup who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Tommy Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thomas Lindrup spun around in front of the goal 82 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Germany's goal. It was a well-played corner which Deilmison Cannavaro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Earl Kjær in the 91st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Dreifuss during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 98 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss.
