Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Didrik Faldal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Thomas Lindrup kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fodor Daniel. That made the score 1-1 in the 21 minute of play. Vörös Henrik hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Thomas Lindrup recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. AC Østerlars's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Didrik Faldal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Takacs Tibor heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Earl Kjær, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in AC Østerlars's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Didrik Faldal came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Earl Kjær made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Lindrup in the 51st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, AC Østerlars's goalkeeper Didrik Faldal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. After a rather tough play, AC Østerlars's Bas Delcroix got a free kick in the 58th minute. After 61 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Hegedus Henrik. In the 62nd minute Thomas Lindrup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute Jonatan Lilienvald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Svetaslav Navojka who took care of the corner kick. Major Barna succeeded in the game's 66th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Earl Kjær, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Lindrup in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Earl Kjær in the 73rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Lilienvald, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 84th minute, Takacs Tibor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Didrik Faldal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. With a little luck, AC Østerlars's Didrik Faldal got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
