Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edu Gomes got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Bohumir Kohout. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Edu Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farroupilha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edu Gomes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vavrinec Holub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Farroupilha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Décio de Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Edu Gomes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vavrinec Holub. Edu Gomes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Vavrinec Holub acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 15th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Andrézinho Abreu. After a rather tough play, Farroupilha FC's José Carlos Trancoso got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Erik Jilek put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sandro Peixoto. Daniel Vitek hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Farroupilha FC's Doni Koehler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Edu Gomes took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Vavrinec Holub to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Jilek made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Erik Jilek could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Sandro Peixoto however easily saved by the left post. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doni Koehler during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Farroupilha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Dostal got free with Sandro Peixoto in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andrézinho Abreu charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrézinho Abreu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Czech Republic made a substitution. Karel Blazek replaced Alan Rezek. In the 65th minute, Andrézinho Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Edu Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edu Gomes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Valdemar Turecek hit a great ball. A collision led to Farroupilha FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Edu Gomes hit a great ball. In the 79th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Vitek to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the game, Edu Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Farroupilha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czech Republic the free kick. Edu Gomes hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Farroupilha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Dostal came free, but Sandro Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Décio de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Décio de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Farroupilha FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
