Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Siekierski in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Matuch came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariusz Trochowski made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szczepan Matuch in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 71st minute, Cyryl Arbaszewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shaolin soccer fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Cyryl Arbaszewski took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. The supporters of Denmark booed when Shaolin soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. 김 영 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute Cyryl Arbaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shaolin soccer's Wlodzimierz Osielski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 90th minute of play. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Szczepan Matuch tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Freek Saarberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Shaolin soccer eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
