Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) INFIERNO KSK's Fabian Iago started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Egbert Nijveldt hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 8 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zachariasz Pietras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Pietras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes of play, Netherlands's Lars Meesters made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zachariasz Pietras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zachariasz Pietras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Eikelkamp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th match minute, INFIERNO KSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Soler to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. INFIERNO KSK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Soler in the 41st minute. The corner led to INFIERNO KSK's Uriel Astudillo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Zachariasz Pietras in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 51st minute David Eikelkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Pietras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zachariasz Pietras was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, INFIERNO KSK's Florentino Gaitano got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabian Iago in the 72nd minute. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. INFIERNO KSK's Mauro Cresitobalo was substituted for Gervasio Inge. After 79 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Kees Mooiweer. After having played for 93 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
