Voldemar Allikmäe came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, JK Kurevere's goal looked a bit too open when Balazs Lajos came free, but Voldemar Allikmäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Voldemar Allikmäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th match minute, JK Kurevere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vallo Laada to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, JK Kurevere's Ago Leks got a free kick in the 16th minute. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Voldemar Allikmäe having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Vallo Laada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuuno Auru in the 33rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Voldemar Allikmäe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Voldemar Allikmäe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Kuuno Auru came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Voldemar Allikmäe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Voldemar Allikmäe made a huge save. 54 minutes into the game, Hegedus Henrik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Voldemar Allikmäe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Voldemar Allikmäe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 64th playminute. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Antal Valentin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Voldemar Allikmäe. That made the score 0-4 after 66 minutes of play. 69 minutes into the match, JK Kurevere's goalkeeper Voldemar Allikmäe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. In the 70th minute, Gerd Saareoja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Major Barna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Voldemar Allikmäe came out and tried to block the shot, but Major Barna slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Voldemar Allikmäe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Boros Benedek got a free kick in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Kuuno Auru came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Major Barna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Voldemar Allikmäe. That made the score 0-7 after 96 minutes of play. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than JK Kurevere throughout the match.
