Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Miroslav Klose. But to his dismay, Miroslav Klose quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslav Klose in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Miroslav Klose cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute Miroslav Klose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Miroslav Klose got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Miroslav Klose. But to his dismay, Miroslav Klose quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Miroslav Klose in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miroslav Klose's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Kristopher Johnson in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Brendan Tran got a free kick in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After 52 played minutes QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Brendan Tran. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. 56 minutes into the match, Miroslav Klose notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Miroslav Klose scored 0-5 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miroslav Klose in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristopher Johnson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. In the 65th minute, Willy Stieler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. When Brendan Tran fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s protests and gave Brendan Tran a yellow card for diving instead. 72 minutes into the match, QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Kristopher Johnson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miroslav Klose scored 1-6 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Miroslav Klose kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-7 in the 79 minute of play. A collision led to QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Fabiano Medeiros hit a great ball. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Kristopher Johnson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Miroslav Klose could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Miroslav Klose took a quick shot and it went in 1-8 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. The QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
