The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Steve De Wyngaert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 3rd minute of the match. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petter Hökqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, ≮王者归来≯话江湖之华大毕业's Steve De Wyngaert got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kunga King in the 17th minute of play. Belgium were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after ≮王者归来≯话江湖之华大毕业's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edward Vanderstraeten took the corner. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Steve De Wyngaert made a huge save. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Steve De Wyngaert having to make a save. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kunga King in the 32nd minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Steve De Wyngaert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Steve De Wyngaert came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten. But to his dismay, Edward Vanderstraeten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Filip Bejrut charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Bejrut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ≮王者归来≯话江湖之华大毕业's Filip Bejrut got a free kick in the 40th minute. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Hökqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kunga King in the 44th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edward Vanderstraeten was the one to do the kick off. Steve De Wyngaert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Floris Claeys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute, Siebe Michiels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kunga King recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casper Claes came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮王者归来≯话江湖之华大毕业's Petter Hökqvist. But to his dismay, Petter Hökqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Floris Claeys in the 66th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ≮王者归来≯话江湖之华大毕业's 陆延剑. 67 minutes into the match, Kunga King dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Casper Claes, 1-2. Steve De Wyngaert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Vanderstraeten's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 78 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯话江湖之华大毕业's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Steve De Wyngaert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ≮王者归来≯话江湖之华大毕业's Lech Lewkowicz was substituted for Filip Bejrut. ≮王者归来≯话江湖之华大毕业 made a substitution. 郭云威 replaced Kunga King. Steve De Wyngaert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 84th minute of play. Petter Hökqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Claes having to interfere.
