The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaf Hedling got free with Tommy Kahn in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Malcolm Johnsson's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malcolm Johnsson helped the player get up and apologised. Malcolm Johnsson hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Örtendal got free with Tommy Kahn in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Conny Ahlstedt came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Kahn could save by the left post. Willy Stieler charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Willy Stieler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per Örtendal couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Per Örtendal made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Per Örtendal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Tommy Kahn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 40 minutes into the game, Per Örtendal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Per Örtendal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rutger Grep in the 44th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Per Örtendal tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Örtendal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Örtendal in the 61st minute of the match. The Assyriska-Syrianska fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kåre Lindkvist in the 82nd minute of play. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Torbjörn Stephansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kåre Lindkvist scored 6-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Assyriska-Syrianska fully deserved thier win.
