Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wim Wilmes to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Clark Kent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Zorros del Desierto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clark Kent, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clark Kent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clark Kent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Dijoux in the 21st minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes Zorros del Desierto got a freekick which was hit by Davide De Sanctis. Alex Dijoux scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zorros del Desierto's Clark Kent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Eikelkamp in the 43rd minute of play. Alex Dijoux recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Dijoux made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Alex Dijoux's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Zorros del Desierto's Clark Kent proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Zorros del Desierto from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 58th minute of play forced Zorros del Desierto's goalkeeper Clark Kent to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clark Kent made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Clark Kent managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Netherlands's Wim Wilmes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 71st minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clark Kent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 73rd minute of play forced Zorros del Desierto's goalkeeper Clark Kent to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th play minute Wim Wilmes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Clark Kent. 1-2. Zorros del Desierto's Quique Cordoba was substituted for Alex Dijoux. 84 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clark Kent narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Quique Cordoba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Zorros del Desierto fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
