Zenaido Oviedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Zorros del Desierto's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Toninho Vander in the 25th minute. Zenaido Oviedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zorros del Desierto's goalkeeper Clark Kent, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot 38 in the game by Alex Dijoux from a close distance when the talented Fodor Daniel managed to make a qualified save. Hungary's players were relieved. A collision led to Zorros del Desierto getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Dalmo Ferreira hit a great ball. Zorros del Desierto's Edward Okopny was substituted for Dalmo Ferreira. Quique Cordoba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Quique Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clark Kent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 80th minute Zorros del Desierto were awarded a corner. Quique Cordoba went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 86th minute, Quique Cordoba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Clark Kent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's Quique Cordoba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 92 minutes, Hegedus Henrik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hegedus Henrik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zorros del Desierto's Clark Kent proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Zorros del Desierto from getting a goal against them.
