Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Meng Bin Xing read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Meng Bin Xing. Meng Bin Xing dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 43rd minute Eibar 09-12-18 were awarded a corner. Marcelino Oxarra went to the cornerflag to take it. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Eibar 09-12-18's Soner Akgün got a free kick in the 54th minute. Anacleto Guillerme struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eibar 09-12-18. 62 minutes into the game, Eibar 09-12-18's 高义帆 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Meng Bin Xing successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Guillerme in the 76th minute of the match. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 81 minutes, Boğaçhan Arıkhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eibar 09-12-18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boğaçhan Arıkhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 91 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Eibar 09-12-18 were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
