Zaccheo Andolina might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arsenio Lupin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zaccheo Andolina ran back to his position shaking his head. Ryszard Bronicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Vittori having to interfere. Atletico Kyperountas's Arsenio Lupin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Lupin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Lupin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Italy played a much better game than Atletico Kyperountas and deserved their victory. The Atletico Kyperountas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
