Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Geovani Mendonça started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barbaros Bozbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Emesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Yoel Liñan came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Mendonça in the 13th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Yoel Liñan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Uğur Erçelik came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Geovani Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Cavern Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geovani Mendonça in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by The Cavern Club's Yoel Liñan. But to his dismay, Yoel Liñan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barbaros Bozbey having to interfere. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Banaszak in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of The Cavern Club booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Richard Nixon struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Cavern Club.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Germany's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fermin Arixo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Barbaros Bozbey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sachs went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Fermin Arixo in the 60th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Tommy Kahn's left hand side. Barbaros Bozbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes The Cavern Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Germany's corner Janik Vogt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Barbaros Bozbey quite easily take care of the ball. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geovani Mendonça's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geovani Mendonça helped the player get up and apologised. Geovani Mendonça hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Santiago Emesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The throw-in from Valentin Oxarra in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Janik Vogt. In the 90th minute of the match Fermin Arixo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Germany fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. The Cavern Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
