After 3 minutes of play, Trixande Fåglar BK's Ralf Olofsson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 7th minute, Jens-Åke Larsfelt made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of Trixande Fåglar BK booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Rezek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Åke Larsfelt scored 0-3 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vavrinec Holub, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute Trixande Fåglar BK were awarded a corner. Oskar Levander went to the cornerflag to take it. Oskar Levander made a great header on Trixande Fåglar BK's corner, it was just that Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub managed to reach the ball for a save. 20 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Ferm came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Ferm, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trixande Fåglar BK. After 30 played minutes Trixande Fåglar BK got a freekick which was hit by Knut Dusett. 32 minutes into the game, Jens-Åke Larsfelt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trixande Fåglar BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czech Republic the free kick. Jens-Åke Larsfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Erik Jilek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes, Trixande Fåglar BK's Östen Askestät shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trixande Fåglar BK reached it. Trixande Fåglar BK's Börge Jelm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Trixande Fåglar BK from getting a goal against them. Denis Dostal might have been able to make a better finish in the 49th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Börge Jelm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denis Dostal ran back to his position shaking his head. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Jilek to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kvetoslav Janku to maneuver through the defense. Vavrinec Holub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bengt Göransson in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Jens-Åke Larsfelt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. If Ove Ferm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Åke Larsfelt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Vavrinec Holub made a huge save. If Bengt Göransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Åke Larsfelt got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 81 played minutes Trixande Fåglar BK got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Larsfelt. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Czech Republic were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Trixande Fåglar BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erik Jilek took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Valdemar Turecek managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 91 minutes into the match, Trixande Fåglar BK's Ralf Olofsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vavrinec Holub narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Börge Jelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Jilek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ralf Olofsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Vavrinec Holub when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Trixande Fåglar BK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Czech Republic.
