The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Urmet Rammu in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmet Rammu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Inge charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damaso Inge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Urmet Rammu made a huge save. After 31 minutes of play, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gust Ennemans kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Urmet Rammu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gijsbert ter Kruimer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urmet Rammu was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Falckner FC's Urmet Rammu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 47th minute of play.

When Netherlands's Wim Wilmes, in the 53rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. When Paulino Donzel fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falckner FC's protests and gave Paulino Donzel a yellow card for diving instead. Paulino Donzel kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmet Rammu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gustaaf Groeneveldt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urmet Rammu was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. The throw-in from Gust Ennemans in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Falckner FC's Damaso Inge. Urmet Rammu came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Urmet Rammu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Urmet Rammu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Falckner FC's Urmet Rammu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 79th minute of play. Urmet Rammu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 90th minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Urmet Rammu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands were furious when Egbert Nijveldt was red carded, 92 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 91 minutes into the game, one of Netherlands:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 96th minute, Andres Maiorga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 97 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Lars Meesters. Falckner FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Netherlands had controlled the match.
