France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Rüknettin Şahin came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of France booed when GFG VOEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duro Takle didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, David Barbier sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Jes Linnig threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for David Barbier this time. 20 minutes into the match, GFG VOEL's Rüknettin Şahin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxime Durand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Robert Chapuis hit a great ball. Jes Linnig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remy Dupuy in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rüknettin Şahin in the 29th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of GFG VOEL booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Robiquet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rüknettin Şahin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Maxime Durand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and 陆银西 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half GFG VOEL were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Peletier was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Cengiz Kutbay during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GFG VOEL's Ali Cengiz Kutbay got a free kick in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rüknettin Şahin got free with Maxime Durand in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maxime Durand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rüknettin Şahin went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Rüknettin Şahin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Jes Linnig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th match minute, GFG VOEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüknettin Şahin to maneuver through the defense.
