Aster Brasil Futebol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Bertram Svenningsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anísio Souza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Aster Brasil Futebol Club's Anísio Souza. Anísio Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anísio Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chris Nygaard went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 42 played minutes Júnior de Moraes rounded Denmark's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half Denmark were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aster Brasil Futebol Club's Anísio Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Anísio Souza made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Chris Nygaard sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Mikkel Wulff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikkel Wulff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anísio Souza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 minutes, Theis Winther mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the Aster Brasil Futebol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 64 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Theis Winther. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júnior de Moraes in the 66th minute of play. Anísio Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertram Svenningsen kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Aster Brasil Futebol Club booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theis Winther didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Chris Nygaards short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Anísio Souza to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernesto Toscano went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. 93 minutes into the match, Júnior de Moraes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Júnior de Moraes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Aster Brasil Futebol Club had won after a very even match.
