Marcial Cisquella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Furtado in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute CJ Townsley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Casomiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 17 minutes, Anthony Beckford managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Handsome Wizards UTD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Beckford was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alistair Cross during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Armando Casomiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from CJ Townsley in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute CJ Townsley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Casomiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Atlético Rovesco's goal looked a bit too open when Kasey Bond came free, but Armando Casomiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Casomiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasey Bond in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Lucas Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Cisquella. The Handsome Wizards UTD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Armando Casomiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kasey Bond's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Armando Casomiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grant Groves in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Fulgencio Ciano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute CJ Townsley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Casomiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Lucas Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Rovesco's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Cisquella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute, 江凡坚 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47 minutes Atlético Rovesco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frederico Passos who took care of the corner kick. In the 48th match minute, Atlético Rovesco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Nabar to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for CJ Townsley to strike the kick off in the second half. Armando Casomiro made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when CJ Townsley sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute of the match, Kasey Bond got a very nice opportunity to score, but Armando Casomiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Rovesco's zone, Kasey Bond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Casomiro came out of the goal and Kasey Bond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kasey Bond's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Armando Casomiro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lucas Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Marcial Cisquella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Casomiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kasey Bond in the 65th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, The Handsome Wizards UTD's Kasey Bond nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armando Casomiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 70th minute Kasey Bond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Casomiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute The Handsome Wizards UTD were awarded a corner. Frederico Passos went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to The Handsome Wizards UTD's Grant Groves getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When Anthony Beckford fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Handsome Wizards UTD's protests and gave Anthony Beckford a yellow card for diving instead. Lucas Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcial Cisquella read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 81st minute, CJ Townsley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armando Casomiro made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Anthony Beckford sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, CJ Townsley took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Armando Casomiro to make any attempt to save it. Grant Groves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Casomiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. The Handsome Wizards UTD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
