After a defensive mix-up in GREEK ARMY's zone, CJ Townsley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Styrbjörn Stokken came out of the goal and CJ Townsley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Lambis Kazantzakoglou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GREEK ARMY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lambis Kazantzakoglou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the game, Lambis Kazantzakoglou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Marcial Cisquella was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as GREEK ARMY's Kasper Elssen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcial Cisquella. That made the score 1-3 after 63 minutes of play. Marcial Cisquella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vassilis Lazarakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lambis Kazantzakoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcial Cisquella was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Vassilis Lazarakis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
