Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaztea Regalado started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes in the game Urban Finnman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Per-Åke Vedholm. In the 6th minute Gaztea Regalado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janne Oblak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LeicestersKickers's Sebastian Engman got a free kick in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Paulo Laurentzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Janne Oblak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thiago Alcántara took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Janne Oblak. Janne Oblak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. LeicestersKickers's Janne Oblak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Laurentzi in the 19th minute of play. With his leg Evelio Antoniano managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when LeicestersKickers's John Kellbom fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 29 minutes Criciúma Esporte Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rigoberto Paredes who took care of the corner kick. LeicestersKickers's Rigoberto Paredes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Evelio Antoniano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Paulo Laurentzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janne Oblak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LeicestersKickers's Martin Myhr got a free kick in the 41st minute. 46 minutes into the match, Paulo Laurentzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Janne Oblak. LeicestersKickers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Laurentzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John Kellbom was the one to do the kick off. Paulo Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LeicestersKickers's Ivar Forsberg got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute of the game Usub Raha made a throw-in which Paulo Laurentzi played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Kellbom in the 57th minute of play forced Criciúma Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Evelio Antoniano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, John Kellbom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evelio Antoniano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 63 minutes into the match, Criciúma Esporte Clube's Paulo Laurentzi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Janne Oblak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When John Kellbom came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the LeicestersKickers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Kellbom couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute, Usub Raha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Criciúma Esporte Clube's Cosimo Capasso got a free kick in the 76th minute. Evelio Antoniano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Kellbom in the 78th minute of the match. Evelio Antoniano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Macho Mann in the 80th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Laurentzi got free with Janne Oblak in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Janne Oblak managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Criciúma Esporte Clube's Paulo Laurentzi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Criciúma Esporte Clube's Evelio Antoniano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Kellbom in the 86th minute of play. Janne Oblak made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Paulo Laurentzi sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of LeicestersKickers booed when Criciúma Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Curagãu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 played minutes Criciúma Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Laurentzi. In the 96th minute of the match, Gaztea Regalado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Janne Oblak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Criciúma Esporte Clube's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
