Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hugon Brzakala started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Hugon Brzakala tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivar Bjurström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 16th minute of play. Kees Mooiweer made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lars Meesters immediately put the ball in play. Fortunato Froněk hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fortunato Froněk in the 24th minute. After 25 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fortunato Froněk who took care of the corner kick. Ivar Bjurström came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Wim Wilmes. But to his dismay, Wim Wilmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 34th minute of play forced Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Ivar Bjurström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Ivar Bjurström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kees Mooiweer got a throw-in 43 minutes in the game and the ball was received by David Eikelkamp. Artur Rasimowicz lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 46th minute, one of Gocław Wilga Warszawa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gocław Wilga Warszawa. Ivar Bjurström had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Gijsbert ter Kruimer's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 52nd minute of play forced Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Ivar Bjurström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Meesters kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Egbert Nijveldt made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gijsbert ter Kruimer immediately put the ball in play. Michal Jaraczewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Ivar Bjurström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Michal Jaraczewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Michal Jaraczewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michal Jaraczewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some careless play in the Gocław Wilga Warszawa defense, Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivar Bjurström. The Gocław Wilga Warszawa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivar Bjurström should have stopped the shot. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Ivar Bjurström made a huge save. Mathijn Doctor kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Gust Ennemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
