Lenny Clocheret charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lenny Clocheret the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Lenny Clocheret got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Hugon Brzakala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Casper Claes made a huge save. 3 minutes into the match, Hugon Brzakala dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Casper Claes, 1-0. In the 5th match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nigel Devos to maneuver through the defense. If Fortunato Froněk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10thth minute of the game Hugon Brzakala who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Casper Claes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Fortunato Froněk was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Casper Claes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 21st minute of play forced Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Ivar Bjurström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 22nd minute. The Belgium fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Belgium's Yves Dervaux looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ivar Bjurström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenny Clocheret in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Hugon Brzakala came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten made a precise shot to the right of Ivar Bjurström. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Vanderstraeten in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivar Bjurström saved Gocław Wilga Warszawa from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Hugon Brzakala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Claes was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st match minute, Gocław Wilga Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Chazon to maneuver through the defense. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ivar Bjurström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 58th minute of the match. Wincenty Walczak kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Ivar Bjurström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Wincenty Walczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute of the game Pankracy Nienajadlo made a throw-in which Hugon Brzakala played forward. A collision led to Gocław Wilga Warszawa getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Wincenty Walczak hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Hugon Brzakala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th match minute, Gocław Wilga Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Byk to maneuver through the defense. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivar Bjurström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Brzakala in the 86th minute of play. Yves Dervaux could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Ivar Bjurström made a huge save. 94 minutes into the game, Sander Dermaut threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Maciej Matela quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugon Brzakala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gocław Wilga Warszawa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Belgium were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
