Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Yves Dervaux took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornel Luncaniță. Cornel Luncaniță dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 20th minute Yves Dervaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornel Luncaniță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yves Dervaux could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Cornel Luncaniță made a huge save. With a little luck, Segelbut IF's Cornel Luncaniță got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cornel Luncaniță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Dervaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Cornel Luncaniță made a huge save. Casper Claes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Munio's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Segelbut IF's goalkeeper Cornel Luncaniță had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Ekelund in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Segelbut IF's Marcelo Munio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Casper Claes. Casper Claes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Younis Abo Al Hasan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Segelbut IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Younis Abo Al Hasan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Claes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cornel Luncaniță stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Vanderstraeten's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. 67 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Munio came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornel Luncaniță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segelbut IF's Alf Ekelund got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A throw-in in the 78th minute of the game was made by Henry Trillkott with Henric Alefors as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 82 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Munio came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornel Luncaniță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 83rd minute of the match. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Öberg in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Segelbut IF's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Cornel Luncaniță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Alfons Öberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
