Pablo Patrone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 5th minute of play. Manuel Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Espigão Steamrollers's Pablo Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 11th minute of play. Spain's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Roneixon Siqueira scored to the left of an out of position Gabriel Ascaso, making the score, 1-0. When Adria Bielsa came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Spain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adria Bielsa couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Spain's Gabriel Ascaso got control of the ball when Roneixon Siqueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Espigão Steamrollers's Pablo Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Toledo in the 28th minute of play. Omar Toledo scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pablo Patrone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rd minute Adria Bielsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Patrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adria Bielsa in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Patrone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Roneixon Siqueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espigão Steamrollers's supporters rose to their feet, but Roneixon Siqueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Ascaso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adria Bielsa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the game, Spain's Omar Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pablo Patrone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Roneixon Siqueira struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Gabriel Ascaso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espigão Steamrollers. After the first half Spain were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roneixon Siqueira was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes in the game Matias Ferrandis did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Omar Toledo. After taking down the ball on Spain's corner Jon Cubero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pablo Patrone quite easily take care of the ball. Roneixon Siqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Patrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Pablo Patrone made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Carles Cherro sent off a good shot on target. Spain's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
