After the first half FC Karamba were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 93rd match minute, FC Karamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Ovando to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute of the match Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Mazza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The FC Karamba players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Netherlands from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
