Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) White Eagles FC's Gez Eyre started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Garry Cobb. Garry Cobb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 6th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garry Cobb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garry Cobb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takacs Tibor in the 9th minute of the match. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Garry Cobb. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Garry Cobb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 20th minute of play. Gez Eyre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. White Eagles FC's Garry Cobb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Hungary booed when White Eagles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yngve Andersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garry Cobb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garry Cobb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes White Eagles FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Matty Robson sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matty Robson got free with Fodor Daniel in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Hungary booed when White Eagles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Heath didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garry Cobb stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steve Buckley. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Garry Cobb breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Garry Cobb made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Simon Heath kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steve Buckley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Garry Cobb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 65th minute. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Garry Cobb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Garry Cobb quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, White Eagles FC's Nial Corbett got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 77th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garry Cobb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garry Cobb made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Balazs Lajos sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Takacs Tibor during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Takacs Tibor hit a great ball. Major Barna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Garry Cobb came out and tried to block the shot, but Major Barna slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 83rd minute. Szekeres Tamas hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Gez Eyre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than White Eagles FC throughout the match.
