Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frank Sachs took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Garry Cobb stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Garry Cobb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 18th minute of the match. Gez Eyre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, White Eagles FC's Steve Buckley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Matty Robson in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Kahn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gez Eyre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute, White Eagles FC's Steve Buckley dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in White Eagles FC's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garry Cobb came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. White Eagles FC's Garry Cobb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 42nd minute of play. Frank Sachs hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gez Eyre was the one to do the kick off. In the 62nd minute, Steve Buckley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Steve Buckley got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for White Eagles FC. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Sammy Clayson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sven Krakouer hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Sammy Clayson didn't quite understand what happened when in the 75 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. White Eagles FC's Garry Cobb proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save White Eagles FC from getting a goal against them. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 81 minutes, Chris Mergenthaler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the White Eagles FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Germany! Tommy Kahn had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Sammy Clayson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Barrie Golding hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Garry Cobb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Gez Eyre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. White Eagles FC had won after a very even match.
