Hugon Drab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 4th minute of play. If Izydor Piatek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Drab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Izydor Piatek. After a rather tough play, Black Express's Borys Walkowski got a free kick in the 14th minute. The Germany fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Germany's Frank Sachs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugon Drab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 26th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Frank Sachs put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Hugon Drab. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Izydor Piatek during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Izydor Piatek kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 38 minutes Black Express's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. If Izydor Piatek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugon Drab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 42nd minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Izydor Piatek made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Izydor Piatek in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hugon Drab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 53rd minute of play. Germany were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Black Express's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. The corner ended in Frank Sachs almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Black Express's Hugon Drab did a great save. With a little luck, Black Express's Hugon Drab got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugon Drab having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mieszko Olejniczak in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. After 63 minutes, Frank Sachs made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Black Express's Hugon Drab tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, Mieszko Olejniczak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 69th minute, Izydor Piatek made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. 78 minutes into the match, Izydor Piatek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Izydor Piatek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Rafal Domaradzki scored 5-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
