Portugal's attentive Daniel Pimentel managed to snatch the ball when Billy Harman made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. Christer Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 28th minute of play. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Felipe Barreto sped through Annedal FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christer Olsson. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Christer Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Viriato Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Annedal FC booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Bladi came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Annedal FC's Elliott Felin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rodolfo Miranda in the 76 minute of the game.
