Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zaccheo Andolina took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Castanheiro SC's Alfredo Stefano in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Italy's goalie prevented a goal. 7 minutes into the match, Alfredo Stefano notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Italy's Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Porziano Marchitelli struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Wincent Dropinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Italy. Castanheiro SC's Rodolfo Sergipano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eliseo Cutri in the 11 minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Wincent Dropinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Stefano, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Wincent Dropinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porziano Marchitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Alfredo Stefano made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 28th minute, Siricio Liotta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wincent Dropinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siricio Liotta, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The throw-in from Gianpaolo Mascari in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Castanheiro SC's Rodolfo Sergipano. In the 35th match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Sergipano to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Italy defense, Alfredo Stefano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Vittori. The Italy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Vittori should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Dropinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Castanheiro SC's Hélder Schmidt was substituted for Shi Cheng Chao. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Stefano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Italy's Zaccheo Andolina in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincent Dropinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Zaccheo Andolina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wincent Dropinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Gomberto Picozzi made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gianpaolo Mascari immediately put the ball in play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Wincent Dropinski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wincent Dropinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigfrido Auletta went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 71 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wincent Dropinski. Zaccheo Andolina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. With a little luck, Castanheiro SC's Wincent Dropinski got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 85 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Romero. The supporters of Italy booed when Castanheiro SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Italy's Eliseo Cutri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wincent Dropinski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Curto in the 92nd minute of play forced Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Wincent Dropinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wincent Dropinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Curto in the 94th minute of play. Castanheiro SC's attentive Rodolfo Sergipano managed to snatch the ball when Eliseo Cutri made a throw-in in the 95th minute of the game. After 96 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Sergipano. Italy were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
