Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Edward Vanderstraeten started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidiu Adrian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Ovidiu Adrian was a little too slow when Yves Dervaux got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ovidiu Adrian made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Primeiro in the 25th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten came free with the goalkeeper in the 30th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ovidiu Adrian could save by the left post. The supporters of Belgium booed when Poli Timisoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adib Ovi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vanderstraeten got free with Ovidiu Adrian in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lenny Clocheret kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ovidiu Adrian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Vanderstraeten went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Edward Vanderstraeten hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 66th minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Ovidiu Adrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Ovidiu Adrian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 74 minutes into the game, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidiu Adrian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Ovidiu Adrian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 76th minute of the match. Ovidiu Adrian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Vanderstraeten went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Ovidiu Adrian came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten. But to his dismay, Edward Vanderstraeten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Ovidiu Adrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 88th minute of play. Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Ovidiu Adrian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ovidiu Adrian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Belgium players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
