Arnout Reekers was a little too slow when Fedele Moretti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Andrés Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Bas Tuitert hit a great ball. After 13 minutes of play, Aragorn's Fedele Moretti made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Aragorn booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bas Tuitert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes Aragorn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. With 21 minutes on the clock, Mathijn Doctor commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Netherlands fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Andrés Casado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 minutes of play, Aragorn's Fedele Moretti made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andrés Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 44th minute of the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elian Müller to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Elian Müller came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedele Moretti in the 57th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elian Müller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 76th minute of play forced Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elian Müller in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andrés Casado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 84th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Elian Müller came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Aragorn support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
