Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mădălin Cangeopol started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Liviu Iordache was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 5th minute, Claudiu Fecioru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Liviu Iordache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Iordache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liviu Iordache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 13th minute of the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Iordache having to interfere. In the 20thth minute of the game Gijsbert ter Kruimer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liviu Iordache came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute Claudiu Fecioru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 32 played minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Claudiu Fecioru. After 35 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Liviu Iordache was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Netherlands were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Liviu Iordache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 54th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Liviu Iordache to make any attempt to save it. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Alper Benli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Liviu Iordache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Liviu Iordache successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 71st minute of play forced Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Liviu Iordache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as David Eikelkamp kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Liviu Iordache. That made the score 1-4 in the 73 minute of play. In the 76th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Iordache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache. Liviu Iordache was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Liviu Iordache made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mădălin Cangeopol got a free kick in the 84th minute. Netherlands played a much better game than Tractorul Satulung -MM- and deserved their victory. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
