The audience thought a goal was coming when Göktuğ Tuğkun got free with Wilson Amorim in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Portugal booed when ☆Atar Yemez Spor Kulübü☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Haström didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Hızır Açıkgün quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 82 minutes into the match, Felipinho Amorim dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Özkan Özinan, 2-4. Hızır Açıkgün's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. ☆Atar Yemez Spor Kulübü☆'s Luís Nani was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wilson Amorim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A hard shot 96 in the game by Graciano Coutinho from a close distance when the talented Özkan Özinan managed to make a qualified save. ☆Atar Yemez Spor Kulübü☆'s players were relieved. Portugal's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
