With an extended leg and a bit of luck Procopio Trespalacios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Procopio Trespalacios having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Balazs Lajos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Procopio Trespalacios was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the match, Spartans Lodz's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Procopio Trespalacios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Procopio Trespalacios was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Lepper, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Spartans Lodz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witold Pryputnicki to maneuver through the defense. Borys Lepper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Spartans Lodz's Iwan Ostrowski got a free kick in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Antal Valentin could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Procopio Trespalacios however easily saved by the left post. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwan Ostrowski in the 72nd minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Lepper came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Procopio Trespalacios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Boros Benedek kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Spartans Lodz's Marcin Marchewka was substituted for Borys Lepper. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Takacs Tibor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Krzysztof Okopny's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krzysztof Okopny helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Spartans Lodz getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Krzysztof Okopny hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Spartans Lodz.
