Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Viriato Moura made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Butcher in the 3rd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bears are Back's Robert van der Aa got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Butcher, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Toni Butcher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Felipe Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jan Faust tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartosz Niemojewski in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Bears are Back was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Adamowicz to maneuver through the defense. Toni Butcher took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan Faust. Felipe Barreto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Felipe Barreto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Jan Faust skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jan Faust made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute Bartosz Niemojewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Faust showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Viriato Moura scored 2-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Faust, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toni Butcher was the one to do the kick off. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Faust. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Faust stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viriato Moura's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viriato Moura in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Faust saved Bears are Back from getting behind. The throw-in from Benedykt Andrzejewski in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Felipinho Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipinho Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Faust breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute Bartolomeu Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Faust saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bears are Back's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartosz Niemojewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute Bartosz Niemojewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Faust narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Felipinho Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Faust saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
