An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséias Lucas in the 11th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If José Carlos Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes of play, Denmark's Chris Nygaard made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laerte de Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Denmark booed when F.C. Carmo De Kiev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 24 minutes of play, Denmark's Chris Nygaard made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laerte de Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, F.C. Carmo De Kiev's goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Laerte de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 28th minute of play forced F.C. Carmo De Kiev's goalkeeper Laerte de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Claudinho Neves sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Denmark's Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move. The Denmark fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Denmark's Chris Nygaard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Chris Nygaard scored 0-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laerte de Barros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, F.C. Carmo De Kiev's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Steen came free, but Laerte de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Laerte de Barros. Laerte de Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the game, Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laerte de Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Arantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the game, Denmark's Chris Nygaard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laerte de Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertram Svenningsen in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laerte de Barros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olav Graversen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Laerte de Barros. Laerte de Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte de Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Bertram Svenningsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laerte de Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Chris Nygaard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Laerte de Barros. The goal made the score 0-9. Laerte de Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 78th minute of the match. Laerte de Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Steen in the 80th minute of play. Denmark were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after F.C. Carmo De Kiev's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Nygaard took the corner. The corner ended in Chris Nygaard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Laerte de Barros did a great save. Jean Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, F.C. Carmo De Kiev was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean Souza to maneuver through the defense. Laerte de Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the match, F.C. Carmo De Kiev's goalkeeper Laerte de Barros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chris Nygaard. The crowd rose to their feet as Chris Nygaard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laerte de Barros. That made the score 0-10 in the 88 minute of play. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinho Neves in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 minutes of play, Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laerte de Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Denmark played a much better game than F.C. Carmo De Kiev and deserved their victory. The F.C. Carmo De Kiev players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
