With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Redbull Sala's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. A well done corner resulted in Malte Schiele drilling the ball in to score 2-1 behind Redbull Sala's goalkeeper. In the 37th minute, Carlos Alberto Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 38 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. In the 42nd minute, Carlos Alberto Bezerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Redbull Sala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. A sloppy throw-in by Jörgen Ström in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Linus Schwerner. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Frank Sachs got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ejvind Haversen in the 63rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 65th minute of the match. Carlos Alberto Bezerra took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 74 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Redbull Sala's David Lundgren. David Lundgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 77th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Lundgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ejvind Haversen scored 5-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the game, Ejvind Haversen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but David Lundgren made a huge save. Ejvind Haversen hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. David Lundgren made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Lundgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
