Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciano Barba started the match with the kick off. Allan Löfgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 2nd minute of the match. Fodor Daniel was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Kurt Blom capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kurt Blom really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciano Barba. Hammarbys Springpojkar were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filip Andreasson took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Alexander Benet managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The supporters of Hungary booed when Hammarbys Springpojkar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Siggesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Allan Löfgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciano Barba. Kurt Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Löfgren having to interfere. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 28th minute of play forced Hammarbys Springpojkar's goalkeeper Allan Löfgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Allan Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hammarbys Springpojkar's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Löfgren came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciano Barba, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Paquito Ruiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kurt Blom hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Allan Löfgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 58th minute. Ciano Barba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hammarbys Springpojkar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Hungary booed when Hammarbys Springpojkar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Örjan Bruhn didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens-Ola Holmberg's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens-Ola Holmberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Hammarbys Springpojkar got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ola Holmberg. Balazs Lajos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Löfgren having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciano Barba in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute Hammarbys Springpojkar were awarded a corner. Filip Andreasson went to the cornerflag to take it. Filip Andreasson made a great header on Hammarbys Springpojkar's corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 86th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Ciano Barba came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viktor Siggesson charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viktor Siggesson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th match minute, Hammarbys Springpojkar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Siggesson to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 91st playminute. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hammarbys Springpojkar.
