After a rather tough play, Sajones F.C.'s Long Chao Jun got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Yves Dervaux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Pastor Frantzes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pastor Frantzes having to make a save. When Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten, in the 5th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Belgium. Pastor Frantzes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pastor Frantzes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 14th minute of the match. Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Dervaux in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute Hugo Raitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Sajones F.C. defense, Edward Vanderstraeten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pastor Frantzes. The Sajones F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pastor Frantzes should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sajones F.C.'s zone, Edward Vanderstraeten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pastor Frantzes came out of the goal and Edward Vanderstraeten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pastor Frantzes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute of the match Belgium got a corner. Sajones F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edward Vanderstraeten ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 32nd minute of the match, Hugo Raitin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Casper Claes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Dervaux in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lenny Clocheret hit a great ball. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sajones F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgium's players had a chance to rest. Siebe Michiels made a great header on Belgium's corner, it was just that Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 41st minute Belgium were awarded a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten went to the cornerflag to take it. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Quinto in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Raitin to strike the kick off in the second half. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Frantzes. Pastor Frantzes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Roger Junior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pastor Frantzes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. After 68 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Sander Dermaut. In the 69th minute Hugo Raitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goalkeeper Pastor Frantzes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Junior in the 73rd minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sajones F.C. made a substitution. Giuseppe Preca replaced Hugo Raitin. In the 75th minute Sajones F.C. were awarded a corner. Cesar Quinto went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Sajones F.C.'s corner Roger Junior fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Casper Claes quite easily take care of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Roger Junior notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Belgium's Casper Claes. Casper Claes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Yves Dervaux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pastor Frantzes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Preca in the 87th minute of play. Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goalkeeper Pastor Frantzes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten.
