The corner led Altermundi FC's Recai Taykurt to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilson Amorim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sergiu Zgrăbunţa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. Sergiu Zgrăbunţa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Visen Allu came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Altermundi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Visen Allu couldn't finish the play. Sergiu Zgrăbunţa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Renard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Renard, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. With a little luck, Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Candido Piedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 31st minute of the match. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Candido Piedra made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with Candido Piedra in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 38th minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Portugal's Felipe Barreto in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Altermundi FC's goalie prevented a goal.

Portugal's Daniel Pimentel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Disvandis Larraona in the 54 minute of the game. 55 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Miranda came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 56th minute of play. Candido Piedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Andrade in the 60th minute of play. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Candido Piedra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. When Altermundi FC's Visen Allu in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 68 played minutes Altermundi FC got a freekick which was hit by Jude Hylton. Candido Piedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipinho Amorim in the 69th minute of play. Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Diego Renard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Candido Piedra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergiu Zgrăbunţa got free with Wilson Amorim in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disvandis Larraona got a throw-in 82 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jude Hylton. Felipinho Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 93rd minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Altermundi FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Portugal throughout the match.
