In the 7thth minute of the game Olivér Marty who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Slovakia's Henrich Slany was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute Olivér Marty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ondrej Biskup hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, Olivér Marty notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Slovakia's Henrich Slany. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Metod Mlynar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olivér Marty blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrich Slany having to make a save. With a little luck, Slovakia's Henrich Slany got control of the ball when Olivér Marty tried to sneak it across the goal line. Szczepan Oliszewski took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 57th match minute, Orzeł Tychy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olivér Marty to maneuver through the defense. Henrich Slany was a little too slow when Bartlomiej Orling got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-9. Olivér Marty blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrich Slany having to make a save. 64 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Olivér Marty came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ondrej Biskup charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ondrej Biskup the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Orzeł Tychy booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivér Marty in the 75th minute of play. After 77 minutes Slovakia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michal Felenak who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Orzeł Tychy's corner Michal Felenak fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henrich Slany quite easily take care of the ball. Slovakia were furious when Vít Biskup was red carded, 79 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Slovakia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Orzeł Tychy:s goal. Olivér Marty hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Olivér Marty blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrich Slany having to make a save.
